Location

Cataract Resort is located in the central part of Naama Bay, one of the most popular and lively areas in Sharm El Sheikh. It is located about 12 km from the international airport and just a few minutes walk from the lively promenade with numerous shops, restaurants and bars. The beach is a short walk away.

The hotel offers a pleasant courtyard with a swimming pool, a peaceful setting and proximity to the sea and city life. Visa regime for citizens of Bulgaria:

• Upon landing in Cairo – visa with a cost of 27 US dollars. Payment and receipt upon arrival in Egypt. The visa is for a stay of up to 30 days.
• Upon landing in Hurghada – visa with a price of 27 US dollars. Payment and receipt upon arrival in Egypt. The visa is for a stay of up to 30 days.
• Upon landing in Sharm El Sheikh – upon landing, a free stamp is applied by the border authorities with a validity of 14 days. The stamp is valid for the territory of the Sinai Peninsula. If you are planning or your program includes a visit to Cairo, you should purchase a visa upon entry at a cost of 27 US dollars.

Booking conditions:

• Deposit 30% within 24 hours; Balance 21 days before departure.
• Minimum number of tourists: 150 people.
• Required documents: ID card or passport with 6 months validity.

Cancellation conditions:

• Up to 24 hours after booking – no cancellation fee.
• Up to 30 days before departure – 50 BGN/person cancellation fee.
• Up to 21 days before departure – 30% of the value.
• Under 21 days – 100% cancellation fee.

MAXIMUM SECURITY package – 20 euros

Can be added up to 7 days after booking! The amount is refundable in case of early termination of the contract due to: acute illness, sudden exacerbation of a chronic illness (excluding COVID-19), accident or death of the traveler or his/her close relative.

In case the excursion cannot be carried out due to restrictions, the client has the opportunity to use a future package with the same tour operator (optionally - for a new date at the same hotel), according to the tour operator's capabilities.

Responsibility: The tour operator is not responsible and does not refund amounts to tourists who are denied access to Egypt for any reason, due to a ban on leaving the country, invalid or missing documents, or other reasons beyond its control.

The tour operator reserves the right to change the sequence of additional excursions depending on weather conditions and the capabilities of the Egyptian partners.

Trip Cancellation Insurance: We provide the opportunity to conclude additional insurance "Trip Cancellation" under Art. 80, para. 1, item 14 of the Tourism Act, covering the costs of trip cancellation, trip shortening and interruption due to health reasons of the traveler, his relatives, urgent appearance in court, dismissal from work, etc. The value of the insurance is calculated based on the final amount due under the contract, and the age of the User is also important. Depending on the age of the tourist, the value of the insurance is between 3% and 8% of the final amount due under the organized travel contract.
