The hotel
El Karma Aqua Beach Resort is located in the north of Hurghada, on the most natural bay, known for its calm, pristine and white sandy beach. The rooms
The hotel has 456 deluxe and family rooms, with lush scenery. All rooms are equipped with 32 inch LED satellite TV, air conditioning, bathtub or shower cabin, toilet, telephone, hairdryer, mini bar, safe, laundry and maid services and 24-hour room service.
Room types: Classic Standard Room; Deluxe Room, with pool view; Superior Room, with sea view; Family Room.
Room amenities: Tea and coffee set (electric kettle, cups, tea and coffee) - replenished daily; Minibar with two small bottles of water - daily; In-room safe.

Snack: Buffet breakfast in the Main Restaurant (07:00 – 10:00)
Lunch: Buffet lunch in the Main Restaurant (13:00 – 15:00); Barbecue buffet in the Beach Restaurant (13:00 – 15:00)

Aquapark: 4 slides for adults and 6 for children. Open 10:00–12:00 and 14:00–16:00. Beach volleyball, diving, chess, darts, billiards (paid 18:00-23:00, €5/hour), table tennis, fitness (free).
Pools: 5 outdoor swimming pools (one heated in winter), jacuzzi. Open from 08:00 until sunset.
Children's activities: Kids club (4–6 years old), mini disco (20:00 p.m.), "Make your own pizza" (Saturday 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.).

Important – Documents and Visas:
• Children under 18 years of age traveling with one parent – a notarized declaration from the other parent is required (original and copy). If the last names do not match, a birth certificate is required.
• International passport with a minimum of 6 months validity from the date of departure from Egypt.
• Visa regime: Upon landing in Cairo or Hurghada – visa with a cost of 27 US dollars. Payment and receipt upon arrival.
Booking conditions:
• 30% deposit paid to TO within 24 hours of booking.
• Surcharge 21 days before departure.
• Issuance of documents 7 days before the flight.
Cancellation conditions:
• Up to 24 hours after booking: no charge.
• Up to 30 days before departure: €25 cancellation fee.
• Up to 21 days: 30% fee.
• Under 21 days: 100% fee.
Minimum number for realization: 120 people per flight. Notification period – 21 days.
MAXIMUM SECURITY Package: €20 (BGN 40.00)
In case the excursion cannot be essential due to restrictions, the client has the opportunity to use a future package with the same tour operator (optionally - for a new date at the same hotel), according to the tour operator's capabilities.
Responsibility: The tour operator is not responsible and does not refund amounts to tourists who, for any reason, are denied access to Greece, due to a ban on leaving the country, invalid or missing documents or other reasons beyond its control.
The tour operator reserves the right to change the sequence of additional excursions depending on weather conditions and the capabilities of the Greek partners.
Trip Cancellation Insurance: We provide the opportunity to conclude additional insurance "Trip Cancellation" under Art. 80, para. 1, item 14 of the Tourism Act, covering the costs of trip cancellation, trip shortening and interruption due to health reasons of the traveler, his relatives, urgent appearance in court, dismissal from work, etc. The value of the insurance is calculated based on the final amount due under the contract, and the age of the User is also important. Depending on the age of the tourist, the value of the insurance is between 3% and 8% of the final amount due under the organized travel contract.
