Gran Hotel Peñíscola 4* is located directly on the first line of the beautiful sandy beach between Peñíscola and Benicarló, about 3 km from the center of Peñíscola (reachable along the picturesque seaside promenade) and 3 km from Benicarló.

The hotel

The hotel has 437 rooms, a sun terrace, an outdoor pool for adults and a separate children's pool, as well as an indoor heated pool (seasonal). On site there is a kids' club with daily activities, daytime animation program, evening shows and live music, a spa center (for a fee), a gym, shops and a souvenir boutique, a hair salon.

The rooms

Many of the rooms have sea or pool views. Each room has air conditioning/heating, satellite TV, telephone, bathroom with bathtub or shower, hairdryer, minibar, safe (extra charge), wireless internet and furnished balcony. Rooms for guests with reduced mobility are also available (on request).

• 30% deposit paid within 24 hours of booking
• Surcharge 21 days before departure
• Issuance of travel documents 7 days before the flight

Cancellation deadlines

• Up to 24 hours after booking – no cancellation fee
• Up to 30 days before departure – 50 BGN/person cancellation fee
• Up to 21 days before departure – 30% of the package price
• Under 21 days – 100% of the package value

IMPORTANT:

• Minimum number of tourists for the program to run – 40 people. Notification period in case of insufficient number of tourists – 21 days.
• Bulgarian citizens need a valid identity document (passport or ID card) with a validity of at least 6 months after the date of return.
• The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the program and flight schedule.

In case the excursion cannot be carried out due to restrictions, the client has the opportunity to use a future package with the same tour operator (optionally - for a new date at the same hotel), according to the tour operator's capabilities.

Responsibility: The tour operator is not responsible and does not refund amounts to tourists who, for any reason, are denied access to Spain, due to a ban on leaving the country, invalid or missing documents, or other reasons beyond its control.

The tour operator reserves the right to change the sequence of additional excursions depending on weather conditions and the capabilities of local partners.

Trip Cancellation Insurance: We provide the opportunity to conclude additional insurance "Trip Cancellation" under Art. 80, para. 1, item 14 of the Tourism Act, covering the costs of trip cancellation, trip shortening and interruption due to health reasons of the traveler, his relatives, urgent appearance in court, dismissal from work, etc. The value of the insurance is calculated based on the final amount due under the contract, and the age of the User is also important. Depending on the age of the tourist, the value of the insurance is between 3% and 8% of the final amount due under the organized travel contract.
