Placement
Hotel Village Mare 4* is located on the Sithonia peninsula, in the resort village of Metamorfosi, on the first coastline. The area offers a peaceful atmosphere, suitable for both families with children and couples.
The hotel
The hotel consists of a central building and 11 smaller buildings. It has 2 adult swimming pools and 1 children's pool, an outdoor sauna (extra charge), safes in the rooms (extra charge), free Wi-Fi in public areas.
The rooms
The rooms are located in the central building and in the small buildings around the complex. They are equipped with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, private bathroom. There is a possibility of accommodation in double, triple and quadruple rooms. The safe in the room is for an additional fee.
Meals (All Inclusive)
The All Inclusive program operates from 07:30 to 23:00. It includes:
Snack: 07:30 – 10:00 (buffet, American)
Lunch: 13:00 – 15:00 (full buffet)
Dinner: 19:00 – 21:30 (full buffet, Dress code – no swimsuits)
Light meals/snacks: 11:15–12:15 и 17:00–18:00
Lunch package for excursions: request by 20:00 PM the day before
Early continental breakfast: 06:00 – 07:30 (for departing guests, request by 20:00 the day before)
Drinks in the restaurant (during meals, unlimited): cola, fanta, sprite, soda, tonic, hot tea, coffee (nest, filtered, frappe), local beer (0,25/0,5 l), homemade wine (red, rose, white, retsina), juices, brandy, ouzo.
Drinks at the pool bar (10:00 - 23:00): the same non-alcoholic and alcoholic - plus cocktails, children's cocktails, local aperitifs (campari, martini, vermouth), local liqueurs. Alcohol is served only to persons over 18 years of age. Guests receive an All Inclusive bracelet.
Beach
The hotel is on the first coastline. Umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach are NOT included – price 3 euros per person per day. Umbrellas and sun loungers around the pool are free of charge.
For children
Children's pool, kids' club with animator for ages 4-12, mini-club, kids' cocktails. Special prices for children up to 11.99 (first child free with two adults, second - 50% discount).
Recreation and Sports
Beach volleyball, table tennis, air hockey, entertainment programs, games, disco, Greek evening. Outdoor sauna (extra charge).
Additional services
In-room safe (extra charge), free Wi-Fi in public areas, parking (possibly free, not specified), fax/copying services.

Deposit 30% of the amount upon booking.

Cancellation deadlines
Up to 24 hours after booking – no cancellation fee.
Up to 30 days before departure – 50 BGN/person cancellation fee.
Up to 21 days before departure – 30% of the value.

MAXIMUM SECURITY Package
Surcharge 40 BGN / 20 EUR (can be added up to 7 days after booking).
In case of early termination of the contract due to an accident, acute illness, sudden illness or death of a loved one, the traveler receives a refund of the amount paid (except for COVID-19). Documents are required. The tour operator will make a decision within 5 working days.
In case the excursion cannot be carried out due to restrictions, the client has the opportunity to use a future package with the same tour operator (optionally - for a new date at the same hotel), according to the tour operator's capabilities.
Responsibility: The tour operator is not responsible and does not refund amounts to tourists who, for any reason, are denied access to Greece, due to a ban on leaving the country, invalid or missing documents or other reasons beyond its control.
The tour operator reserves the right to change the sequence of additional excursions depending on weather conditions and the capabilities of local partners.
Trip Cancellation Insurance: We provide the opportunity to conclude additional insurance "Trip Cancellation" under Art. 80, para. 1, item 14 of the Tourism Act. The insurance covers the costs of cancellation in unforeseen circumstances (acute illness, accident, death of a loved one). The conditions are described in detail in the insurance policy. We recommend concluding it no later than 14 days before departure.
