The hotel

The hotel has 266 rooms, 24-hour reception, main restaurant, a la carte restaurant, a la carte restaurant with healthy cuisine, snack restaurant on the beach, beach bar, lobby bar, sky bar, free Wi-Fi, conference room, SPA center (for a fee), beauty salon. Parking - for a fee.

The rooms

Each room has central air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, balcony, free safe, free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, telephone, free mini bar (mineral water, soft drinks and beer - replenished daily).

• Double room park/sea view (29 sq m) – two single beds, non-extendable sofa, max. (2+1).
• Double Room Concept Sea View (25-30 sq m) – high floor, two single beds, non-extendable sofa, max. (2+1).
• Family Room Park/Sea View (36-40 sq m) – bedroom with two single beds and living room with two non-extendable sofas, separated by a sliding door, max. (2+2).

Meals (24-hour ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE)

• Main restaurant with an open panoramic terrace – breakfast buffet (07:30-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:00), dinner (18:00-21:30), theme nights 2 times a week, gala dinner once every 10 days. Dress code for dinner: long trousers for men.
• Snack restaurant on the beach – late continental breakfast (10:00-12:00), afternoon snack (12:00-17:00).
• “Beach Club” a la carte restaurant (19:00-22:30) – Mediterranean cuisine, for a fee (free for guests of Concept rooms).
• “Encanto” a-la-carte restaurant (18:30-21:30) – Mediterranean and Bulgarian cuisine, with advance reservation (min. 5 nights).
• Healthy a la carte restaurant (07:30-18:00) – detox menu, for a fee (min. 5 nights).
• Bars: Beach bar (10:00-17:00), rooftop bar (10:00-17:00), Sky bar “Under the Stars” (for a fee / free for Concept rooms), lobby bar (24/7), pastry shop (15:00-17:00), midnight snack (23:30-00:30).

Sandy beach 10 meters from the hotel. 2 sun loungers and 1 umbrella per room – free of charge on the hotel beach.

In case the excursion cannot be carried out due to restrictions, the client has the opportunity to use a future package with the same tour operator (optionally - for a new date at the same hotel), according to the tour operator's capabilities.

Responsibility: The tour operator is not responsible and does not refund amounts to tourists who, for any reason, are denied access to Tunisia, due to a ban on leaving the country, invalid or missing documents, or other reasons beyond its control.

The tour operator reserves the right to change the sequence of additional excursions depending on weather conditions and the capabilities of the Tunisian partners.

Trip Cancellation Insurance: We provide the opportunity to conclude additional insurance "Trip Cancellation" under Art. 80, para. 1, item 14 of the Tourism Act, covering the costs of trip cancellation, trip shortening and interruption due to health reasons of the traveler, his relatives, urgent appearance in court, dismissal from work, etc. The value of the insurance is calculated based on the final amount due under the contract, and the age of the User is also important. Depending on the age of the tourist, the value of the insurance is between 3% and 8% of the final amount due under the organized travel contract.
